We have proudly based our creative studio on Churchill Square for the last five years and have even embraced its heritage, as a World War II airfield, in our own branding, so we are here to stay. The facilities are high quality, and we regularly utilise the larger meeting room spaces available to host our clients, or for photoshoots.

With a variety of sized offices, it was easy to grow the business and move to a larger studio as my team of creatives expanded. The Churchill Square team are super helpful in assisting with any support you might need, and we have thrived with the opportunity to support and work alongside other like-minded businesses.

I would like to say that I gave myself a nice bonus but that’s not me! I shared the love with the team and took them out for a lovely dinner in West Malling and there is some money left in the pot to put toward another team activity later on too.

Kent Hearing have been located in Churchill Square now for 7 years. It is an excellent workspace, offering high quality, flexible offices and practice rooms, additional meeting facilities when needed, a very friendly and efficient reception team and the flexibility to move to bigger or smaller rooms should the need arise. It is also very competitively priced.

We were obviously delighted when we heard that we had earned the reward, not just for ourselves but also for the business that we had referred, as we thought that Capital Space would be an excellent base for them.

We put the money received into our marketing budget where it went towards the production of new promotional videos that have been very successful.

The referral scheme offers a generous incentive to existing Capital Space residents and we always keep our eyes and ears open for businesses we know who may be in need of new premises. It’s a great place to be located.
