2. Dr Raquel Amado: Uncovering the Truth About Safety, Regulation, and Informed Choices in Aesthetic Treatments 

If you’re considering aesthetic treatments, Dr Raquel Amado will be shining a much-needed light on the gaps in regulation across the aesthetics industry and, crucially, what you can do to protect yourself from harm. Procedures like Botox, fillers and skin boosters are growing rapidly in popularity, yet many people remain unaware of the serious risks that come from unregulated providers and unsafe practices.  

The founder of Dr. Raquel Skin and Medical Cosmetics and a highly respected figure in medical aesthetics, Dr Amado is a GDC-registered Dental Surgeon (LMD) who graduated in 2007, a Level 7 aesthetic practitioner, Senior Clinical Trainer, Key Opinion Leader, faculty member and international speaker.
