Affordable Meeting Rooms In Harlow

Our modern, spacious air conditioned meeting rooms cater from one-to-one meetings or for up to 40 people. We offer flexible seating arrangements to accommodate the set-up of your choice. Rooms are fully equipped with audio visual equipment, free Wi-fi and there is a variety of catering options to choose from. There is also plenty of free onsite parking for you and your visitors.

Our meeting rooms named were inspired by post war architect and Harlow town planner Sir Frederick Gibberd and local sculptor Henry Moore. Gibberd’s original plans for Harlow New Town were considered to be among his greatest achievements. He was also a passionate art collector, with many of the watercolours and drawings he accumulated now on display in Harlow’s Gibberd Gallery. Meanwhile, Moore’s artistic legacy is celebrated with the Family Group sculpture, an important symbol in Harlow.

Whichever meeting room you hire, our experienced, friendly and professional team are on hand for both you and your guests to ensure your event runs smoothly. Meeting rooms can be booked during normal business hours from 8.30am-5.30pm.  There is flexibility too – you can book rooms for an hour, half-day or full-day.

      FAQs abut our meeting rooms in Harlow

      We have ample, unallocated parking spaces around the site – of all which are free.

      We offer flexible seating arrangements to accommodate the set-up of your choice. We can offer a U-shape style, great for training, workshops and conferences as they allow the presenter to engage with each attendee. A more formal presentation could be delivered with our theatre-style seating lay-out. A classroom-style would feature rows of tables and chairs and enable the participants to take notes; it’s a more formal arrangement, making it great for presentations, training, lectures or product launches. If you want to facilitate small group discussions or training, ask for our cabaret seating style. Finally, a traditional boardroom set up enables team brain-storming, presentations and workshops.

      The number of attendees will vary depending on the seating lay-out you choose when you hire a meeting room with us at Greenway Business Centre. Our smaller Garden or Gibberd rooms will take up to 20 people (with chairs only) or up to 12 people (with chairs and tables). When combined, the rooms can accommodate up to 40 people (with chairs only) or 24 people (with tables and chairs).

      Meeting rooms cannot be booked for evenings or weekends. They are available to be booked during our opening times, which are Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30.

      All of our meeting rooms can accommodate wheelchair users. Please ask us for more details during your booking.

      Our business centre is open between 08:30 – 17:30 so set up can start from 08:30. If earlier access is required, this can be arranged upon request.

      We do not have a designated prayer room. However, if we have a space available, we will do our best to provide a room which suits your needs.

      You can, but there would be a £50+VAT corkage fee applied to your meeting room booking. Alternatively, we can provide you with a delicious selection of food and drink options. Please ask the centre management team for more information about our catering packages.

      Easy in – easy out monthly licence terms

      Our simple, monthly licence is written in Plain English and carries the Crystal Mark seal of approval, meaning our terms and condition are easy to read and avoid complicated legal jargon! We promise that you won’t have to pay legal fees to understand our licence agreements. Better still, you can terminate your licence with one month’s notice.
