Colchester, Croydon and Chelmsford add to their crew: meet our new joiners
Our teams at Colchester, Croydon, and Chelmsford business centres have all gotten a bit bigger and we are thrilled to welcome three hardworking and dedicated new starters to our friendly centre management teams.
When you choose an office space with Capital Space, whether that’s onsite, or a flexible virtual office to elevate your brand profile, or advanced VOIP services, you are not just renting a workspace, you are gaining a dedicated support network.
In Colchester, meet Graham Light
Finding a commercial environment that seamlessly aligns with your operational needs and ESG policies requires an expertly managed site. At the Colchester Business & Seedbed Centre, we work hard to ensure our facilities run like clockwork. We are delighted to announce the recent addition of Graham Light to the team in the role of Site Manager. Graham takes over the mantle from John Waylen, who is retiring after an incredible 18 years of dedicated service to our Essex business community.
Graham’s extensive work history has enabled him to gain deep knowledge of health and safety procedures, rigorous risk assessments, and general maintenance and repairs. This specialised expertise is a massive asset to our customer base; keeping a business centre safe, modern, and compliant directly reduces operational risks for local small businesses.
In addition, Graham has previously worked as a Locksmith and owned his own PAT testing business. He holds a very keen interest in the identification of fake electrical goods, meaning the electrical safety, asset protection, and energy efficiency of our workshops, studios, and offices are in highly capable hands.
Outside of his professional life, Graham’s hobbies have become slightly tamer in recent years. Having given up the high-adrenaline world of formation skydiving, he now prefers DIY, gardening, photography, and riding his Yamaha motorcycle. He also spends his spare time restoring classic 1980s two-stroke motorcycles. Whether managing site safety or perfecting a mechanical restoration, Graham brings an exceptional eye for detail that ensures Colchester remains a premier choice for entrepreneurs.
In Croydon, meet Nicollette Jones
As your business scales, your workspace provider must expand its capabilities alongside you. To support our community during an exciting phase of growth, Nicolette Jones joined the Croydon team in early June as Deputy Centre Manager. Nicolette is joining to provide additional support to Krystyna and the wider team during the major expansion of the Capital Business Centre. Having extra hands-on-deck ensures that every customer moving into our new offices under a simple, flexible monthly licence experiences a completely seamless transition.
Nicolette has a stellar background in first-class customer service. Her most recent role was working as a Duty Manager for a large, busy hotel. Her wide-ranging responsibilities included liaising directly with maintenance contractors and engineers, managing complex billing processes, and coordinating large-scale events for corporate clients, weddings, and high-profile individuals. This high-pressure hospitality experience makes her perfectly equipped to manage the diverse, fast-moving needs of our growing Capital Business Centre customer base.
In her spare time, Nicky enjoys creative adventures in the kitchen, cooking and hosting vibrant dinner parties for friends and family. She also takes part in specialised sports classes, including the self-defence discipline Krav Maga. Her energetic approach and multi-tasking capabilities make her a fantastic addition to our expanding team as we continue supporting business success across the region.
In Chelmsford, meet Ariana Giurizatto
A welcoming front-of-house experience is vital when you are hosting clients in professional meeting rooms or establishing an official regional presence. To maintain this high standard at the Waterhouse Business Centre, Ariana Giurizatto joined Capital Space in July. Ariana joins us on a fixed-term contract in the role of Deputy Centre Manager, providing vital maternity cover for our existing Deputy Centre Manager, Jeanenne Karakaya.
Ariana brings a robust background in high-level organisation and administration to our support team. Most recently, she worked as an Executive & Ops Coordinator for a newly launched SME, meaning she intimately understands the unique pressures, agility, and day-to-day requirements of growing small businesses. Prior to this, Ariana served as a House Manager for a private family estate, and earlier in her career, she worked as a Front-of-House Supervisor. This diverse background has allowed her to develop exceptional customer service skills that will directly benefit our Chelmsford business community.
When she is not keeping our comprehensive business services running smoothly, Ariana enjoys keeping active and visits the gym regularly. She also enjoys meditation, yoga classes, walking, cycling in the park, and outdoor activities such as tennis.
Ariana’s Brazilian background leads to a vibrant love of barbecues, where she firmly believes that almost any occasion is a brilliant reason to eat, laugh, and celebrate. Furthermore, she is currently training to become a Samaritan volunteer, reflecting her deep personal commitment to supporting others and spending her free time in a meaningful, impactful way.
By continuously investing in highly skilled, customer-focused support teams, Capital Space ensures that your business accommodation remains an efficient, productive, and completely stress-free base for your company to thrive.
