Following a comprehensive review of the internet provision at St George’s Business Park in Sittingbourne, we upgraded both the primary and failover bearers from 100 mbps to gigabit connections. This upgrade ensures seamless connectivity, even in the event of a primary bearer failure. 

From 1st August, customers automatically received an increase in upload and download speeds from 30 mbps to 40 mbps, with no disruption to service. This improvement means faster downloads and better web performance, helping businesses operate more efficiently. 

Packages tailored for different business needs 

While all customers benefit from the upgraded speeds, we’ve also introduced an enhanced package for high-usage customers. Businesses consistently using more than 200Gb of data per month per unit over a six-month period can now opt for unlimited downloads and uploads at 100 mbps. This premium service is available for £250 per month and is designed to meet the needs of businesses requiring superior connectivity.
