Our new centre manager at Loughton
We’re pleased to announce our new Centre Manager, Carole Rice at Loughton Seedbed Centre. Carole joined Capital Space four years ago, after 15 years of running a private aircraft catering company with her husband.
Carole’s Capital Space journey
Carole started at Capital Space in 2018, initially for maternity cover as a Deputy Centre Manager. Carole is a very familiar face to our customers as she splits her time across our Loughton and Harlow sites, where she is also the Deputy Manager.

Four years into life at Capital Space, we asked Carole what she enjoys most about her role at Loughton and Harlow:
‘It’s the variety of customers we have at Capital Space. I love speaking to people from different industries about their businesses and the challenges they have overcome. My experience with my own business really does help me relate to the many ups and downs of being your own boss!’
