The Centre Management team will always be to hand to help with any issues, providing the security and freedom for you to focus on your business. 

We make it easy for you to focus on growing your business while we manage all aspects of the premises on your behalf. This means that you can literally leave the hassle to us.  

Choose from a range of business support services such as hire of our meeting rooms, printing and photocopying and franking services, cleaning and many more. Allow our support to enhance your business without adding costly permanent services while your business grows.  

We can provide business services to support all aspects of administration from a central reception for receiving parcels, processing outgoing post and taking calls in your company name when required. Move in and you will find that cost effective internet and telephone services are ready to use, with no installation or set up charge.

As the manager at the Capital Business Centre, my daily tasks are varied and can range from installing our Connect services, generating licences for customers, liaising with contractors to authorising invoices and ensuring that the centre is maintained to a high level.  

The reason I enjoy working for Capital Space is because no two days are the same, and I am never short of something to do.

In my spare time I play netball on a Monday evening and enjoy spending time with my family.  If I was not working for Capital Space I would like to be a Wedding/Events Planner.

Every day is different. Since I have joined the company, I have dealt with parking permits, the post, sorting out meeting rooms and helping to organise the Christmas raffle.

The job is more customer focused than my previous job - I was a key account manager for a roofing company in Croydon.

I'm enjoying meeting the customers here. It's nice putting names to faces and everyone seems friendly, and they're making a fuss of me because I am new. It proves that people stay here.

In my spare time, I love spending time with family, friends, shopping or eating out.

I joined the company in  June 2019 and so far I am enjoying all the challenges a new job brings and I love how varied the role appears to be - you never know what you will be asked to do next.

My previous job was receptionist in a small family run osteopaths, answering phones and booking patients in so it is new for me to be more involved in setting up for meetings, dealing with clients and various situations that may arise and generally helping manage such a large site.

I've also had experience in market research.

I joined the Capital Business Centre team in January 2017 but have been in reception and administration roles for many years. I was a receptionist for a busy medical practice prior to joining CapitalSpace, so I bring a wealth of experience to the team.

In my spare time I enjoy going to exercise classes and then undoing all the good work I do by socialising with family and friends! I also enjoy shopping and am known for buying lots of shoes!

Before joining the team at South Croydon I worked for a business based at the Capital Business Centre, so I have seen things from both sides and think this helps me to deal with all aspects of my job.  

What I most enjoy about my role is the variety of things I get to do and in particular helping customers and sorting out the challenges that come our way!

I love the fact that we never know what the day ahead will have in store.

Outside of work I enjoy going for meals and walks in the countryside. Spending time with family and friends and shopping is what I love doing most!

If I did not work at Capital I would be working with animals....

Before joining the team at Capital Space I varied my career and worked in different business sectors and throughout this time, I’ve always enjoyed a good challenge and being part of a team.   

With a good sense a humour this helps me build strong relationships and a job well done, is pure satisfaction.

In my spare time and for the past 32 years I am responsible for the promotion, publicity and public relations of the Croydon and District Pool League.
